Our Philosophy

Our goal is to provide a challenging learning environment for all students; enhancing your child's social, academic, and cognitive skills, while learning in a nurturing "Christian" home school atmosphere. We understand that your child comes to us with unique experiences, interests and learning styles. For this reason, we offer a very small and personable learning experience that is tailored to every student's learning style.

We understand that it has become increasingly difficult for many students (private & public) to fill the achievement gap.

Contrary to popular belief, the largest factors for poor student achievement

are low expectations and negative adolescent subcultures (peer influences).

Here at McKanstry Preparatory, all students are held to high standards and are surrounded by peers whom share the same goal. Our students have a face, they are not just another number in a crowded class or campus. We firmly believe that high expectations yield great academic achievement. To this end we work diligently to make certain that every student is armed with the knowledge and prerequisite skills needed to succeed.
